Instructions for sending e-mail:

1) Either click on the person to whom you want to send a message (if you are using Outlook Express or another e-mail client)

-or-

highlight the email address below the person's name, right-click, and select "Copy."  Go to your e-mail client, right-click the "to:" field, and select "Paste" (if you are using web-based e-mail such as G-mail, Yahoo!, Comcast Mail, Net-Zero e-mail, etc.)

2) Remove the [at] in the middle of the e-mail address and replace it with the "@" symbol (shift+2)

3) Create and send the message

Note: We must use this precaution due to the increasing risk of spam-bots, programs designed to search pages for e-mail address, which are in turn used to send spam and other unsolicited messages.
